• Your data is encrypted in-transit and at rest, in databases and services the Company uses. Our website traffic is secured with HTTP over TLS.  HTTPS protects the privacy and integrity of data while it is in transit.

• The following policies govern account access management for employees of the Company (and are recommended for Your security, as well):

  • Password management: Employees of the Company are required to install and use a password management application that is not included with an operating system or built into a web browser. All Company related accounts and access to to data and services related to the employee's duties must be secured with a password management application. We also highly recommend that You install and use a secure password manager for all online accounts – especially financial accounts.

  • Password construction: A minimum of 16 characters are required, consisting of at least two uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters. Employees are required to generate random passwords and are highly encouraged to create passwords longer than 16 characters.

  • Use two-factor / multi-factor (2FA, MFA) authentication: Employees are required to setup and use 2FA on all accounts related to Company duties. We also encourage You and employees to use passkeys whenever possible.

• Company computers are constantly monitored by an endpoint management suite which monitors user activity, network traffic, and automatically applies patches and updates to operating systems and applications. This ensures that all activity is monitored and secure.

The Company requires a parent or legal guardian to register and accompany children under 16 years of age to public classes. The parent registers for the class then add a child or children as a guest. No personally identifiable data is required to register a guest.
